The National Football League (NFL) contracted Forest Electric New York (Forest NY) to perform a complex tenant fit-out across four floors and two sublevels of its New York City headquarters. Our team furnished and installed state-of-the-art lighting systems and controls, advanced audio-visual technology, and kitchen wiring.
To accommodate interruptions caused by the NFL lockout, we rescheduled much of the project for a fast-tracked delivery.

Solutions
Forest NY installed high-end, energy-efficient LED and fluorescent lighting with centralized computer system controls. On the sixth-floor executive offices, main boardroom, and conference rooms, we installed separate controls which allow occupants to tailor the lighting of each individual space. The lighting controls are integrated with conference room audio-visual equipment.
Our team also installed wiring and electrical components for cafeteria equipment, including:
- Warming stations
- An exhaust fan
- A full-sized grill
- Pizza ovens
