Pre-Construction Services
Forest NY offers pre-construction services to help set the course for a successful project. We collaborate with clients to assess and estimate their goals, vision, and costs—as well as their current and future needs.
Engineering and Design
During the design phase, Forest NY works with local engineering partners who are knowledgeable with local codes and requirements. Together, we cultivate a solid understanding of the client’s business and financial needs, project schedule, cost, job site, and the facility’s architectural and mechanical requirements.
We model early-stage design using 3D building information modeling, and present the project team with data-oriented cost and schedule estimates. That means the owner and other trades can see—in real time—how different design solutions will affect the project’s appearance, price, and schedule.
Construction and Prefabrication Activities
We overlap construction and design to deliver a timely build and make aggressive schedules possible. As the design phase progresses, our construction team will begin preparing the job site so that the early elements of construction can begin.
Forest NY offers a complete line of electrical construction services, including electrical and low-voltage systems installation, as well as basic commissioning of both high-and low-voltage electrical systems.
Post-Construction
Upon completing construction, Forest NY conducts walkthroughs, hands-on training, and core documentation for owners, facility managers, and facility management teams. We also offer long-term maintenance and service options.
