SCOPE OF SERVICES
The client chose Forest Electric to complete the electrical work for eight of its floors, including trading floors and an executive floor. Forest Electric successfully installed LED and fluorescent lighting systems capable of being controlled by a centralized computer, maximizing efficiency. Boardrooms, executive offices, and conference rooms were equipped with localized dimming systems which allowed occupants to tailor the lighting to their specific requirements. Forest Electric also performed the wiring for kitchen and dining equipment including grills, pizza ovens, warming stations, dish conveyors and cash registers. To meet Nomura’s emergency power needs, Forest Electric installed four (4) 1 MW generators, paralleling switchgear, emergency distribution switchgear, thirteen (13) ATS switches and load banks.
Due to the competitive and fast paced nature of the financial trading markets, the client required the project to be completed ahead of schedule. Forest Electric provided the necessary manpower and management and met Nomura’s expectations.
