Forest Electric New York coordinated project management, engineering, and field services to perform electrical upgrades for the Rainbow Room restaurant. 

Our team furnished and installed custom lighting with state-of-the-art controls, power infrastructure, and electrical services for the restaurant’s 5,000 square foot kitchen and ballroom. 

We furnished and installed:

  • Custom light fixtures, including color changing LEDs set in the restaurant’s iconic ballroom ceiling
  • Lighting control system with centralized dimming panels and local controls
  • Low voltage blackout and solar shade controls
  • Four new electrical services, consisting of 200-amp, 400-amp, and 500-amp services

The Rainbow Room is a landmark restaurant in New York City known for its world class views, dining, and entertainment.
