As Vice President of Estimating, Gerard manages a team of estimators and conducts estimating review committee meetings. His leadership helps ensure that Forest Electric New York (Forest NY) delivers competitive, on-schedule estimates for telecom, security, audiovisual, and sound-masking projects.
Expertise
Gerard has worked in the industry for over 25 years—14 of which have been with Forest NY. He started his career as a Serviceman, later holding Estimator and Project Manager positions before moving up to Vice President of Estimating.
A committed executive with a strong sense of integrity, Gerard’s expertise extends to all facets of the industry. He is manufacturer-certified for brands including Corning Fiber, SYSTIMAX, Leviton, Berk-Tek, and Belden. Gerard is also a member of Building Industry Consulting Services International and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 3.
The Personal Side
Gerard and his wife have one daughter. He enjoys fishing, boating, cars, and spending time with his family.
